Life is a constant evolution. As I’ve been working on unleashing my own brilliance (yup, I'm doing the same inner work my coaching clients are doing), I’ve returned to more artistic expression and a revival of my previous screen-printing business.

This time around I’ll be focusing on up-cycling and organics, creating inspirational and sustainable items, and running my business in a way that is sustainable for my life.
